What is your Returns Policy?

Any unworn piece can be returned in it's original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. We will reimburse you within 5 working days of receiving the return. Simply email enquiries@charcolaccessories.com to receive a pre-paid returns label. A £3 fee will be deducted from the return value to cover the return postage. 

*Please note, earrings cannot be returned, due to hygiene reasons.

My piece is faulty, what should I do?
