How should I care for my jewellery?

Aim to store your pieces individually, ideally in a charcol cotton pouch to prevent scratching.

Is there a warranty on these pieces?

Absolutely! All pieces with a Stainless Steel base material are tarnish-resistant and come with a 5 year warranty. All Sterling Silver pieces are also covered under a 1 year warranty.

Is the jewellery waterproof?

Anything with a base metal of Stainless Steel or Titanium are PVD plated and therefore 100% tarnish-resistant and waterproof. All Sterling Silver pieces are durably plated but do not come with a water-resistant guarantee.

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

We're proud to offer Free UK shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked service). Please allow 2 working days for order processing, and 3 working days for delivery.

What is your Returns Policy?

Any unworn piece can be returned in it's original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. We will reimburse you within 5 working days of receiving the return. Simply email enquiries@charcolaccessories.com to receive a pre-paid returns label. A £3 fee will be deducted from the return value.

*Please note, earrings cannot be returned, due to hygiene reasons.
